Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Poha 1 1/2 cups

  • Onion cut in length 2 nos

  • Capsicum cut in length 1/2 nos

  • Cabbage chopped 1/4 bowls

  • carrot 1/2 nos

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Soya sauce 2 tsp

  • Red chilly sauce 2 tsp

  • Tomato sauce 1/2 tbsp

  • Green chilly sauce 2 tsp

  • tomato 1 nos

  • Ajinomoto 1 pinch

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp

Directions

    First wash poha drained out water and keep aside.

  • 02

    Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds and splutter them.

  • 03

    Now add chopped onion and saute them till light pink in colour.

  • 04

    Now add all chopped veggies and saute them for 2 to 3 minuts

  • 05

    Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.

  • 06

    Now add all sauces and vinegar together and mix well.

  • 07

    Now add salt and ajinomoto and mix well.

  • 08

    Now add socked poha and mix well.

  • 09

    Now cover and cook on slow flam for 5minuts.

  • 10

    Garnish with coriander leaves.
