Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 1/2 cups poha


  • 2 nos onion cut in length


  • 1/2 nos capsicum cut in length


  • 1/4 bowls cabbage chopped


  • 1/2 nos carrot


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 2 tsp soya sauce


  • 2 tsp red chilly sauce


  • 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 2 tsp green chilly sauce


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 1 pinch ajinomoto


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp vinegar

Directions

  • First wash poha drained out water and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds and splutter them.
  • Now add chopped onion and saute them till light pink in colour.
  • Now add all chopped veggies and saute them for 2 to 3 minuts
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • Now add all sauces and vinegar together and mix well.
  • Now add salt and ajinomoto and mix well.
  • Now add socked poha and mix well.
  • Now cover and cook on slow flam for 5minuts.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
