First wash poha drained out water and keep aside.
Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds and splutter them.
Now add chopped onion and saute them till light pink in colour.
Now add all chopped veggies and saute them for 2 to 3 minuts
Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Now add all sauces and vinegar together and mix well.
Now add salt and ajinomoto and mix well.
Now add socked poha and mix well.
Now cover and cook on slow flam for 5minuts.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
