Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Boiled potatoes 4 nos

  • Boiled matar 1 cups

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Mustard seed 1 tsp

  • Asafoetida 1/4 pinch

  • Onion puri 1/2 cups

  • Tomato puri 1 cups

  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Take pan

    Heat oil in it

  • 03

    Add mustard seeds asafoetida.

    Add onion and tomato puri

  • 05

    Saute untill it removes oil from edged of pan

  • 06

    Add red chilli turmeric powder and garam masala saute it again for 2 minutes.

    Add water 1/2cup

  • 08

    Mix well add boiled potato and matar

    Add salt and boil for 3 minutes

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Serve hot .
