Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups grated coconut


  • 1 cups jaggery


  • 1/2 cups condense milk


  • 1/2 cups khoya


  • 1/2 cups dry fruits


  • 1 cups all purpose flour


  • 3 tbsp semolina


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1 cups ghee to fry


  • 2 cups sugar syrup

Directions

  • Heat a pan add coconut and jaggery and try to mix .
  • Once the jaggery and coconut mixture is not sticking to the pan any more switch off the flame .
  • When the mixture is cool completely take 2 tablespoons of filling in your palm and give it a shape of flat .
  • Now make the outer crust of the Gokul pithe .
  • Sieve and sift the flour , semolina and salt and milk to make a thick paste .
  • Dip the coconut ball in the batter and coat well from all the sides .
  • Heat ghee in a pan .
  • Drop the coated bslls in the ghee and fry it until the pithe is golden brown .
