Ingredients

Serves 4

  • grated coconut 2 cups

  • jaggery 1 cups

  • condense milk 1/2 cups

  • khoya 1/2 cups

  • dry fruits 1/2 cups

  • all purpose flour 1 cups

  • semolina 3 tbsp

  • milk 1 cups

  • ghee to fry 1 cups

  • sugar syrup 2 cups

Directions

    Heat a pan add coconut and jaggery and try to mix .

  • 02

    Once the jaggery and coconut mixture is not sticking to the pan any more switch off the flame .

    When the mixture is cool completely take 2 tablespoons of filling in your palm and give it a shape of flat .

    Now make the outer crust of the Gokul pithe .

    Sieve and sift the flour , semolina and salt and milk to make a thick paste .

    Dip the coconut ball in the batter and coat well from all the sides .

    Heat ghee in a pan .

  • 08

    Drop the coated bslls in the ghee and fry it until the pithe is golden brown .

    Soak the sugar syrup about 15 minutes and then serve ...
