White Pumpkin 2 cups
Water 1/4 cups
Sugar 3/4 cups
Ghee 4 tbsp
Elachi powder 1/2 tsp
Orange colour 1/4 tsp
Cashew and kismis 1 tbsp
Heat 1 tblspn gheein a kadai. Add in cashews and fry it in the ghee. Once it turn golden, removeand set aside.
In the same kadai add in gratedwhite pumpkin and water and Saute it well in ghee.
Once the pumpkin iscooked, add sugar and mix well. Keep stiring till the sugar dissolves and becomes thick.
Then add incardamom powder and ghee. Keep stirring well until the halwa starts leaving thesides.
Now add fried cashew and kismis mix well and serve.
