Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Gramflaur 2 cups

  • Clarified butter 1 cups

  • Sugar 2 1/2 cups

  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

  • Milk 2 tbsp

  • Water 1 1/4 cups

  • Cashewnut 1 tbsp

Directions

    First sieve gramflaur.

  • 02

    Heat a pan add clarified butter and immediately add milk.now switch off the flam

  • 03

    Now add this mixture in gramflaur and mix with your palm .

    Mixture should be look like bread crumbs .Rest it for 10 minutes.

    Heat water in a pan add sugar and bring it to boil when its boil cook it for another 5minuts or till 1 thread consistency.now add cardmom powder and switch off the flam and keep aside.

    Now heat 1 cup of ghee in a heavy bottom pan.

    Add gramflaur mixture and roast it on slow flam till it fragrant and brown in colour.

    Now add sugar syrup and stir it continue.

    Cook it for 2minute.

    Now pour the mixture in grease tray.

  • 11

    Garnish with cashewnut and cut into pieces.
