Ingredients

  • Beet root grated 1/4 cups

  • Gram flour 1 cups

  • Butter milk 1 cups

  • Water 2 cups

  • Salt 1 tbsp

  • For tadka: oil 1 tbsp

  • Green chilli choped 2 nos

  • Mustards seeds 1 tsp

  • Seasame seed 1 tsp

  • Curry leaves 4 nos

  • Greated coconut 1 tbsp

    Fristly make a beet root puri

  • 02

    Seive beet root puri

  • 03

    In bowel mix beet root puri gram flour butter milk and water.

    Make a lumps free batter

  • 05

    Heat oil in pan add batter stir continusally.

    Dont form a lupms

  • 07

    After it thickens spread on a plastic papar .

    Add grated cocount on it

    Cut into long strips.rolled it

    For tadka heat oil add mustRd seed green chilli seasame seed and curry leaves.

    Pour this tadka on khandvi roll.

  • 12

    Serve hot with sauce and chuntney.
