Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/4 cups beet root grated


  • 1 cups gram flour


  • 1 cups butter milk


  • 2 cups water


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp for tadka: oil


  • 2 nos green chilli choped


  • 1 tsp mustards seeds


  • 1 tsp seasame seed


  • 4 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tbsp greated coconut

Directions

  • Fristly make a beet root puri
  • Seive beet root puri
  • In bowel mix beet root puri gram flour butter milk and water.
  • Make a lumps free batter
  • Heat oil in pan add batter stir continusally.
  • Dont form a lupms
  • After it thickens spread on a plastic papar .
  • Add grated cocount on it
  • Cut into long strips.rolled it
  • For tadka heat oil add mustRd seed green chilli seasame seed and curry leaves.
  • Pour this tadka on khandvi roll.
  • Serve hot with sauce and chuntney.
