Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups for tacos-all purpose flour


  • 1 tbsp semolina


  • 1 tbsp oil for moyan


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 4 tbsp oil for fry


  • 4-5 nos for filling- boil potato


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmaric powder


  • 1/4 tsp dry mango powder


  • 2 nos green chilly


  • 1/2 cups frozen peas


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • Take a mixing bowl add all above tacos ingredients and mix well and knead a tight dough.
  • Make small peda with dough and roll them with rolling pin and prick all taco with fork.
  • Heat oil in a wok on medium flam place the tacos in wok and press with skimmers now turn the tacos and turn in half do not press it between the fold there should be a space fr potato filling fry them till brown n crispy and keep aside.
  • Now heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds and asafoetida and splutter them.
  • Now add frozen peas and saute for a minute.
  • Now add mashed potato and all spices n salt mix well and saute for a minute.
  • Now switch off the flam and let it cool completely
  • Now fill potato filling in tacos shells and serve with your favourite chutney or sauce
