Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • Wheat flour 1/4 cups


  • Maida 3/4 cups


  • Sugar 1/2 cups


  • Ghee 1/2 cups


  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp


  • Elaichi ( 2 nos


  • Pistachios (powdered) 1 tbsp


  • Crushed pistachios 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Grind the sugar with elaichi, to get a powdered elaichi flavoured sugar.
  • Mix all the ingredients except the crushed pistachios , with the powdered sugar and form a dough.
  • Now make small roundels of the dough and cut a tiny cross on top of each, with knife.
  • Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top and bake them in a preheated oven or microwave oven (convection mode) at 190℃ for 10-12 minutes or till golden colour is obtained. Cool them and serve.
