Jowar flour 1 1/2 cups
Wheat flour 1/2 cups
Water 1 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cups
Mix every ingredients in a mixing bowl to form a soft dough. Then cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 1/2 an hour.
Divide the Dough in to equal portions.
Take a dough and spread it into a thin chappati.
Apply oil over the whole chappati and fold it from the top till bottom and press it in between.
Then roll it tightly and spread it into chappati again.
Heat a tawa and place the parotta over the pan and cook both sides by applying oil till it is golden.
In the same way make 6 parotta and then stack them together and crush them with hands and then serve.
