Dry roast desicated coconut for 2 minutes on slow flam. And keep aside
Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan.
When milk start to boiling add sugar, Cardamom powder, Saffron and cook on slow flam.
When milk reduced to 1/4 of its original quantity add khoya and malai and mix well.
Now add desicated coconut and mix well.
Now add clarified butter and stir continue till its come in barfi consistency.
Add Orange food colour and mix well.
Switch off the flam and pour this mixture in grease tray.
Set for an hour cut into pieces and garnish with cashewnut.
