Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 nos hibiscus flower


  • 1/3 cups sugar


  • 2 cups water


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 nos ice cubs


  • 1 cups cool water

Directions

  • Wash the hibiscus flower
  • Remove peatals from flower
  • Boil 2 cups of water
  • Add hibiscus petals in boiling water.colourchange to purple.
  • Cover it with lead and cool it.
  • After cooling seive it
  • Add sugar lemon juice ice cubs and salt mix well
  • Lastly add cool water and mix well
  • Serve immediately.
