Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Hibiscus flower 4 nos

  • Sugar 1/3 cups

  • Water 2 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • lemon juice 1 tbsp

  • Ice cubs 2 nos

  • Cool water 1 cups

Directions

    Wash the hibiscus flower

  • 02

    Remove peatals from flower

  • 03

    Boil 2 cups of water

  • 04

    Add hibiscus petals in boiling water.colourchange to purple.

  • 05

    Cover it with lead and cool it.

  • 06

    After cooling seive it

  • 07

    Add sugar lemon juice ice cubs and salt mix well

  • 08

    Lastly add cool water and mix well

  • 09

    Serve immediately.
