Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Spinach 200 gms

  • gram flour 2 cups

  • Oil 1/3 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Ajawin powder 1 tsp

  • green chilli 6 nos

  • Oil for frying 1/2 kgs

Directions

    Wash and grind spinach and green chilli

  • 02

    Seive it .

    Take gram flour in bowel and add spinach puri and oil and ajwain powder.

    Mix well and make a medium dough

  • 05

    Grase the shev mould with oil

  • 06

    Pour mixture in mould.

  • 07

    Heat oil in pan

  • 08

    Make shev in heated oil.

  • 09

    Fry from both the sides.

  • 10

    Cool it.and astore in air tight container
