Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 200 gms spinach


  • 2 cups gram flour


  • 1/3 cups oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp ajawin powder


  • 6 nos green chilli


  • 1/2 kgs oil for frying

Directions

  • Wash and grind spinach and green chilli
  • Seive it .
  • Take gram flour in bowel and add spinach puri and oil and ajwain powder.
  • Mix well and make a medium dough
  • Grase the shev mould with oil
  • Pour mixture in mould.
  • Heat oil in pan
  • Make shev in heated oil.
  • Fry from both the sides.
  • Cool it.and astore in air tight container
