Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Sorghum flour 1 cups

  • Baking Powder 3/4 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp

  • Thick Curd 1/2 cups

  • Oil 6 tbsp

  • Jaggery Syrup 1/2 cups

  • Tuttti Frutti,Badam,Cashew,Dry Grapes 1 cups

  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

  • Cinnamon Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Nutmeg Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Milk 3 tbsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients sorghum flour ,baking soda,salt and baking powder for 5 times. Pre heat oven at 180 for 10 mins.

    Mix curd,oil,cinnamon powder,nutmeg powder and jaggery really well until the mixture is smooth.Then add essence and mix well.

    Now slowly fold in the dry ingredients to wet and mix gently. Grease and dust a cake pan.

    Meanwhile mix all dry fruits n nuts with flour and add it to the batter and mix once quickly.

    Pour this batter in the cake pan tap it twice and bake for 35 min or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
