Ingredients

Serves 4

  • For paneer patty: thick slices of paneer 4 nos

  • bread crumbs 1 cups

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • tandoori masala 1/2 tsp

  • chaat masala 1/2 tsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • flour 2 tbsp

  • water 2-3 tbsp

  • burger buns 4 nos

  • mayonnaise 4 tbsp

  • lettuce leaves 4-5 nos

  • butter 2 tbsp

  • cucumber cut in slices 1 nos

  • onion cut in slices 1 nos

  • tomato cut in slices 1 nos

Directions

    In a plate take bread crumbs, add all the masalas red chilli powder, garam masala, tandoori masala, salt, chaat masala.

    Mix everything till well combined.

    Take one thick slice of paneer, coat in flour from all sides and remove the excess.

    Now dip in flour water mixture and coat it nicely in bread crumbs from all sides.

    Similarly prepare the rest of the paneer patty.

    Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the patty till golden brown from all sides.

    Take it out on a tissue paper or kitchen towel to remove the excess oil.

    For assembling of burger: Cut the burger buns horizontally in two.Apply butter on both the sides of the burger buns and toast them on tava with some butter.

    Apply 1 tbsp of burger mayonnaise on the lower part of the burger bun.

    Keep lettuce leaves along with fried paneer patty.

    Arrange some slices of cucumber, tomatoes and onions.

  • 12

    Keep the top part of the burger bun. Serve hot with fries and cold drink.
