Wash the fish and pat dry with kitchen towel.
Add turmeric powder, lemon juice, chilly powder and season with salt.
Keep the fish marinated for 15-20 mins
Heat oil for deep frying. When the oil is hot, drop the fishes and fry on medium heat till till golden and crisp.
Note : You can serve the fish as a starter or side dish. Also you can store the fried fishes in refrigerator and add them in your dal and curry
