Ingredients

  • 4 nos papad


  • 1/2 cups onion,chopped


  • 1/2 cups tomatoes,chopped


  • 1 nos green chili,finely chopped


  • 1/4 cups paneer cubes


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • In a bowl add all the ingredients- onion, tomatoes, green chilli, lemon juice & all the masala. Mix it well. Make this masala filling just before frying the papad.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry the papad till crisp.
  • Spread the prepared filling over the papad garnish with some finely chopped coriander leaves and serve.
