  • Papad 4 nos

  • Onion,chopped 1/2 cups

  • Tomatoes,chopped 1/2 cups

  • Green Chili,finely chopped 1 nos

  • Paneer Cubes 1/4 cups

  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Chaat Masala 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Directions

    In a bowl add all the ingredients- onion, tomatoes, green chilli, lemon juice & all the masala. Mix it well. Make this masala filling just before frying the papad.

    Heat oil in a kadai and fry the papad till crisp.

    Spread the prepared filling over the papad garnish with some finely chopped coriander leaves and serve.
