Semolina 1/2 cups
Boil and mash potato 4-5 cups
Dry fenugreek leaves Powder 1 tsp
Dry mango powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Green chilly 2 nos
Oil for fry 4 tbsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Heat 1 glass of water in a pan.
Add semolina and mix well and switch off the flam and. let it cool
Now take a mixing bowl add boiled and mashed potato.
Add all spices and salt,Green chilly, Coriander leaves.
Now add semolina and mix well and knead a soft dough.
Now take small size peda with dough and roll them and give a shape of stick.
Now heat oil in a wok.
Now deep fry all stick till brown and crispy.
