Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Cottage cheese (paneer) 250 gms

  • Onion-finely chopped 4 nos

  • Tomato-finely chopped 2 nos

  • Green Chilly-chopped 2 nos

  • Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp

  • Milk 1/4 cups

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Red Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

Directions

    Heat oil in a wok.

  • 02

    Add chopped onion and saute them till light brown in colour.

  • 03

    Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till oil separated.

  • 04

    Now add all spices and salt.

  • 05

    Now add grated paneer and mix well.

  • 06

    Now add milk and cook on slow flam for 5minuts.

  • 07

    Garnish with coriander leaves.
