Eggs 2 nos
Onion,finely chopped 1 nos
Tomato,finely chopped 1 nos
Green Chilly,finely chopped 1 nos
Carrot,small finely chopped 1 nos
Oil 3 tsp
Green Bell Pepper,finely chopped 3 tsp
Salt ,as per taste 1 tsp
Cheese,Grated 2 tbsp
Oregano,as per taste 1 tsp
Directions
Break the eggs in a bowl and beat it nicely.
Add chopped onions, chillies, tomatoes, carrot, green bell pepper, salt and oil and mix nicely all together.
Grease the muffins cup with oil.
Pour the omelette batter in muffin cups only till half of the cups or else it will pour off.
Sprinkle the cheese and Oregano.
Pop it in the microwave full power for 2 mins.
