Boil chicken with salt (do not throw away the water keep it aside) and shred the chicken.
In that chicken water which is kept aside,add cornflour powder,soya sauce,green chilli sauce ,mix well and keep aside..
Keep hot oil in thick base kadhai wolk,add chillies first,saute all veggies add salt and cook till half done.
Then add potatoes,mash it well,den shreded chicken,black pepper powder,then leftover chicken water paste which we kept aside add it,and keep stirring nicely on medium flame.
Then put dat mixture down and let it cool,don't worry if mixture is sticky,dis kababs are stickey only.
Take sevai and crush it with hands.
Once mixture gets cools down make oval or round culets by applying oil in palms.
Beat eggs, coat cutlet cutlet in it.
Then with sevai, And deep fry it . And decorate as per your choice .
