Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal, dry red chillies, curry leaves and fry for few seconds till it splutter.
Now add in salt and turmeric powder and fry for few seconds.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Add cooked rice, mix well and stir until everything is tossed well together and take off the heat.
