Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 8 nos slices bread


  • 1 cups sweet corn


  • 1 nos onion finelly chopped


  • 2 nos green chillies chopped


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder


  • 1/4 cups greated cheese


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

Directions

  • Cut the bread Slices into round shape.
  • Roll with rolling pin.
  • Brush with butter.
  • Take a muffin tray. Put one round piece of bread cup, keeping butter side on the outside. Press well to get folds.
  • Grill in preheat oven for 5mins.
  • To prepare the filling, heat oil. Add the onions and cook till they turn transperent, add green chillies, corn, lemon juice, coriander leaves, salt and pepper.
  • Fill the cups with the filling and sprinkle some greatest cheese and dot with tomato sauce and grill for 5mins.
  • Serve Hot..!!
