Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 cups freshly homemade paneer


  • 2 cups sugar


  • 1 tsp saffron


  • 1 tsp rose essence


  • 1 tsp rose colour

Directions

  • Take a large plate and make a smooth dough of the paneer with the help of the hand .
  • Keep aside for 5 minutes .
  • Devide the two equal portions of the paneer .
  • In one dough add Saffron and knead well .
  • Make a small round ball of the dough .
  • In another dough add rose essence and a pinch of rose color and knead well .
  • Now make a small ball of the dough .
  • Heat 2 cup of sugar and 4 cup of water boil it about 10 minutes and make a sugar syrup .
  • Now add the all paneer balls in the syrup and boil for 20 minutes in medium heat .
  • Ready to serve .....
