freshly homemade paneer 2 cups
sugar 2 cups
Saffron 1 tsp
rose essence 1 tsp
rose colour 1 tsp
Take a large plate and make a smooth dough of the paneer with the help of the hand .
Keep aside for 5 minutes .
Devide the two equal portions of the paneer .
In one dough add Saffron and knead well .
Make a small round ball of the dough .
In another dough add rose essence and a pinch of rose color and knead well .
Now make a small ball of the dough .
Heat 2 cup of sugar and 4 cup of water boil it about 10 minutes and make a sugar syrup .
Now add the all paneer balls in the syrup and boil for 20 minutes in medium heat .
Ready to serve .....
