1 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp chocolate slab
1 tbsp gulkand
1 cups ghee for frying

Directions

Prepare hard dough of all purpose flour
Roll into pooris of equal sizes
Fill in the stuffing
Fill chocolate in one
Fill gulkand in one
Seal with the help of water
Fry in hot ghee on both sides till golden brown
