Ingredients

Serves 4

  • chicken mince 500 gms

  • onions greated 25 gms

  • ginger paste 1/2 tsp

  • garlic paste 1/2 tsp

  • spring onion 1/2 sprig

  • coriander leaves 1 tsp

  • cabbage leaves 10 nos

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • pepper powder 1/4 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1/4 tsp

  • butter 1 tbsp

Directions

    Peel the cabbage leaves and boil in water for 5mins till tender.

  • 02

    Mix the chicken mince, ginger-garlic paste, onion, coriander, spring onion and spices.

  • 03

    Stuff the cabbage leaves with the mince filling and roll into dumplings.

  • 04

    Steam for 10 mins over boiling water.

  • 05

    Serve with dips.
