Heat butter in a pan. Add the sliced onion and saute till it turns soft.
Add sliced mushroom, season with salt and cracked peppercorns and saute for about 10 mins.
In a blender add the mushroom, bread slices, water and grind them to a smooth puree.
Put the puree back to the pan and bring to boil.
Now add milk and simmer for 2-3 mins and take off the heat.
Garnish with boiled sweet corn, spring onion greens and drizzle milk and serve.
