Ingredients

Serves 3

  • large button Mushroom 15 nos

  • sweet corn 1/4 cups

  • bread slices 2 nos

  • onion sliced 1 nos

  • cracked peppercorns 1/4 tsp

  • Salt or as per taste 1 tbsp

  • milk 2 cups

  • water 1 cups

  • butter 1 tbsp

  • spring onion greens chopped 2 tbsp

Directions

    Heat butter in a pan. Add the sliced onion and saute till it turns soft.

    Add sliced mushroom, season with salt and cracked peppercorns and saute for about 10 mins.

    In a blender add the mushroom, bread slices, water and grind them to a smooth puree.

    Put the puree back to the pan and bring to boil.

    Now add milk and simmer for 2-3 mins and take off the heat.

  • 06

    Garnish with boiled sweet corn, spring onion greens and drizzle milk and serve.
