Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 15 nos large button mushroom


  • 1/4 cups sweet corn


  • 2 nos bread slices


  • 1 nos onion sliced


  • 1/4 tsp cracked peppercorns


  • 1 tbsp salt or as per taste


  • 2 cups milk


  • 1 cups water


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp spring onion greens chopped

Directions

  • Heat butter in a pan. Add the sliced onion and saute till it turns soft.
  • Add sliced mushroom, season with salt and cracked peppercorns and saute for about 10 mins.
  • In a blender add the mushroom, bread slices, water and grind them to a smooth puree.
  • Put the puree back to the pan and bring to boil.
  • Now add milk and simmer for 2-3 mins and take off the heat.
  • Garnish with boiled sweet corn, spring onion greens and drizzle milk and serve.
