Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 500 gms minced mutton


  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs


  • 1/4 cups grated papaya


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1 tbsp chopped chillies


  • 1/2 cups for gravy grated onion


  • 1 tsp coriander pwd


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp tomato puree


  • 1/4 cups tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tbsp oil + extra


  • 1/4 cups chopped coriander

Directions

  • Add papaya, egg, ginger garlic paste, breadcrumbs ,salt, chopped chillies into minced mutton and mix properly.
  • Make. Small balls out of the mutton mixture.
  • Deep fry the balls and keep them aside.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil and grated onion and fry little bit, add ginger garlic paste, cook it till raw smell has gone.
  • Add tomato puree and rest.of the masalas . Add Water after oil separated form the masala.
  • Add fried mutton balls into boiling gravy and cook for anther 2-3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve.
