In a small mixing bowl take warm milk add dry active yeast, sugar and mix well.
Let it rest for 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl take all purpose flour/maida, finely chopped garlic, oregano, salt and oil. Mix everything and make some space in the centre.
Add the activated yeast mixture and knead a soft dough adding oil.
Keep the dough in greased bowl, cover with a cling wrap and keep aside undisturbed for 2 hours.
After 2 hours the dough will be double in size punch the dough and take out on corn meal dusted surface and knead again for a minute.
Roll the dough out in a big circle spread mozzarella cheese, corn kernels, oregano, red chilli flakes and mixed herbs seasoning.
Apply little water in the edges, fold over and seal the edges.
Gently place it on a well greased pizza tray with butter.
Make slits on the bread at 1 inch of difference. The slits should not be deep.
Grease the bread with butter and sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes from top.
Bake the garlic bread in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-22 minutes until the bread is well cooked.
Take it out cut in slices and serve hot!
