  • 1 nos beetroot


  • 10-12 nos spinach leaves


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 1/2 cups wheatflour


  • 1 cups oil for frying pooris


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Wash beetroot peel it and grind it in a mixer
  • Wash spinach leaves grind it in a mixer
  • Prepare a hard dough of poori dividing in three portions
  • In one mix beetroot paste
  • In other spinach paste
  • In other add turmeric powder
  • Now roll a poori by taking little dough from all the three dough
  • Roll it nicely to make a poori
  • Fry in hot oil
