)In a bowl add all purpose flour, semolina, milk powder, cocoa powder, sugar powder and make a fine paste using milk.
Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Take a pan, and add sugar and water and make a one sting sugar syrup. Once ready, add chocolate essence.
Take a flat pan, and heat pure ghee
Keep heart shape cookie cutter in the pan, and now pour one scoop of batter into it.
Let it cook.
Now slowly remove the mould and then turn the malpua.
Make other malpuas by this method, Now transfer the malpua in the hot sugar syrup.
Leave it for 10 minutes and then remove it.
Now garnish it with white choco chip and colored waffer shavings.
