Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 1/2 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 tbsp semolina


  • 2 tbsp milk powder


  • 2 tbsp sugar powder


  • 1/2 cups luke warm milk


  • 1 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1 cups water


  • 4-5 drop chocolate essence


  • 1 cups pure ghee

Directions

  • )In a bowl add all purpose flour, semolina, milk powder, cocoa powder, sugar powder and make a fine paste using milk.
  • Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  • Take a pan, and add sugar and water and make a one sting sugar syrup. Once ready, add chocolate essence.
  • Take a flat pan, and heat pure ghee
  • Keep heart shape cookie cutter in the pan, and now pour one scoop of batter into it.
  • Let it cook.
  • Now slowly remove the mould and then turn the malpua.
  • Make other malpuas by this method, Now transfer the malpua in the hot sugar syrup.
  • Leave it for 10 minutes and then remove it.
  • Now garnish it with white choco chip and colored waffer shavings.
