Ingredients

Serves 8

  • whole wheat flour 1/2 cups

  • baking soda 1/4 tsp

  • baking powder 1/2 tsp

  • oats flour 1 3/4 cups

  • cornflour 1 tbsp

  • water 2 tbsp

  • brown sugar powder 1/4 cups

  • white sugar powder 1/2 cups

  • vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

  • orange essence 1/2 tsp

  • oil 1/2 cups

  • orange juice 2-3 tbsp

  • orange rind 1 tbsp

Directions

    Sieve whole wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda.

    In a bowl add cornflour mixed with water, brown sugar , white sugar, orange essence, vanilla essence, oil and mix well.

    Gradually add oats flour and flour mixture.

  • 04

    Once its mixed well add orange juice and orange rind and mix well.

  • 05

    Make cookie shapes and place on a tray lined with aluminium foil.

    Bake for 13-15 minutes in a preheated oven ( 180 degree Centigrade).

    Once done the cookies will be soft but will harden as they cool down.
