Preheat the oven for 10 mins.
Sieve all the dry ingredients together for 6 times and keep it aside.
In a bowl take melted butter add liquid jaggery, milk and beat really well.
Then add curd vanilla essence and beat.Now add the flour mixture and fold it gently.
Add little flour to the dry fruit and nut toss it well and add it the batter and mix.
Then transfer the batter into a baking pan tape it twice and then sprinkle few fruits and nut on top and bake at 180°c for 40 minutes.
Allow it to cool completely and then slice and serve.
