Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3/4 cups roasted barnyard millet flour


  • 2 tbsp wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups liquid jaggery


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 3/4 cups raw banana powder


  • 3/4 cups curd


  • 3/4 cups milk


  • 1/4 cups melted butter


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 2 tsp nutmeg powder


  • 1/2 cups dry fruit and nut


  • 1//4 tsp salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven for 10 mins.
  • Sieve all the dry ingredients together for 6 times and keep it aside.
  • In a bowl take melted butter add liquid jaggery, milk and beat really well.
  • Then add curd vanilla essence and beat.Now add the flour mixture and fold it gently.
  • Add little flour to the dry fruit and nut toss it well and add it the batter and mix.
  • Then transfer the batter into a baking pan tape it twice and then sprinkle few fruits and nut on top and bake at 180°c  for 40 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool completely and then slice and serve.
