Ingredients

  • 1/2 ml mawa


  • 2 tbsp boora sugar


  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 cups ghee for frying


  • 6-8 nos cloves


  • 2 tbsp sugar for making syrup

Directions

  • Prepare a dough of all purpose flour
  • Now roast mawa
  • Add boora in it after it cools
  • Make small balls of all purpose flour
  • Fill in the stuffing
  • Make shape like envelope
  • Attach a clove in the center
  • Fry in ghee nicely
  • Now prepare sugar syrup by adding sugar and water
  • Dip the envelopes in sugar syrup till a nice coating appears over it
  • Enjoy yum sweet
