Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Mawa 1/2 ml

  • boora sugar 2 tbsp

  • all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups

  • Ghee for frying 1 cups

  • cloves 6-8 nos

  • sugar for making syrup 2 tbsp

Directions

    Prepare a dough of all purpose flour

  • 02

    Now roast mawa

  • 03

    Add boora in it after it cools

  • 04

    Make small balls of all purpose flour

  • 05

    Fill in the stuffing

  • 06

    Make shape like envelope

  • 07

    Attach a clove in the center

  • 08

    Fry in ghee nicely

  • 09

    Now prepare sugar syrup by adding sugar and water

  • 10

    Dip the envelopes in sugar syrup till a nice coating appears over it
