Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups semolina


  • 1/2 cups rice flour


  • 1/4 tsp maida


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 2 nos chopped green chillies


  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 10 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp oil/ghee

Directions

  • Mix semolina, rice flour and Maida together.Add rest of the ingredients except oil to the above. Make a runny batter with required amount of water.
  • Whisk well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a non stick pan and grease it. Pour a ladle of the mixture. As soon as the mixture hits hot surface, it would form bubbles and gaps.
  • Once the mixture starts getting hardened, add oil on the sides, roast well and serve.
