Mix semolina, rice flour and Maida together.Add rest of the ingredients except oil to the above. Make a runny batter with required amount of water.
Whisk well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Heat a non stick pan and grease it. Pour a ladle of the mixture. As soon as the mixture hits hot surface, it would form bubbles and gaps.
Once the mixture starts getting hardened, add oil on the sides, roast well and serve.
