Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Bread pieces 8 nos

  • boiled potatoes 4 nos

  • curd 1 tbsp

  • musturd seeds 1 tsp

  • green chilli 2 nos

  • chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • Oil for tempering 1 tsp

  • oil for frying tikkis 1 tbsp

  • butter 2 tsp

    Boil potato

  • 02

    Mash them

  • 03

    Add salt and other ingredients

  • 04

    Cut the breads in round shape with the help of a katori

  • 05

    Roast the bread with butter on one side

  • 06

    On other side press tikkis like of mashed potato

  • 07

    Fry in oil on that side till tikki is nicely fried

    For tempering heat oil crackle cumin seeds

  • 09

    Transfer it to curd

  • 10

    Now for assembling pour curd as per taste little tomato sause

  • 11

    Garnish with coriander leaves
