Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups urad dal


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1/3 cups ghee


  • 4 nos cardamom

Directions

  • Dry roast the urad dal on hot tawa until it turns golden brown. Keep aside to cool it completely.
  • Now grind the roasted dal into a fine powder.
  • Grind the sugar along with the CARDAMOM pods as well. Mix the powdered sugar into the ground dal.
  • Now melt the ghee (just melt and not boil). Mix this into the dal + sugar Mix, mix well and form LADDUS.
