Dry roast the urad dal on hot tawa until it turns golden brown. Keep aside to cool it completely.
Now grind the roasted dal into a fine powder.
Grind the sugar along with the CARDAMOM pods as well. Mix the powdered sugar into the ground dal.
Now melt the ghee (just melt and not boil). Mix this into the dal + sugar Mix, mix well and form LADDUS.
