Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/2 kgs sardine


  • 1 nos raw mango


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 2 nos green chilly


  • 1 piece garcinia


  • 1/2 tsp redchilly powder.


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 3 tbsp coconut oil


  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Take a clay pot add sliced tomato,green chillies,raw mango ( cut into pieces),gracinia, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well
  • Put it on the fire
  • When it comes to boil ,add cleaned fish and mix slightly.
  • After 2 minutes reduce flame to sim and allow to cook.
  • When it is almost cooked add pieces of ladies finger which is already toasted in coconut oil and cook
  • Finally add curry leaves, coconut oil and turn flame off.
  • Serve with rice ,appam and chappathi
