Take a clay pot add sliced tomato,green chillies,raw mango ( cut into pieces),gracinia, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well
Put it on the fire
When it comes to boil ,add cleaned fish and mix slightly.
After 2 minutes reduce flame to sim and allow to cook.
When it is almost cooked add pieces of ladies finger which is already toasted in coconut oil and cook
Finally add curry leaves, coconut oil and turn flame off.
Serve with rice ,appam and chappathi
