  • 1 nos maggi pack

  • 100 gms paneer

  • 1 nos onion cut in cubes

  • 1 nos capsicum cut in cubes

  • 2-3 nos green chillies silt lengthwise

  • 2-3 nos garlic cloves finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp cornflour

  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp green chilli sauce

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3-4 tbsp oil for cooking


  •  Heat water in a pan add one pack of maggi cook for 3-4 minutes once done strain the boiled maggi and keep aside.
  • In a bowl take cornflour, salt add little water and make a smooth batter.
  • Coat the paneer pieces in the batter and fry the paneer pieces till golden brown from all sides.
  • Once done take out on a kitchen towel to remove the excess oil and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan add finely chopped garlic and green chillies saute for few seconds
  •  Next add onions and capsicum cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add maggi masala, tomato sauce, green chilly sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper and mix everything well. 
  • Add fried paneer and boiled maggi mix it well.
  • Add more of tomato sauce and green chilly sauce if its too dry adjust according to your taste.
  • Chilly Paneer Maggi is ready serve hot!
