Heat water in a pan add one pack of maggi cook for 3-4 minutes once done strain the boiled maggi and keep aside.
In a bowl take cornflour, salt add little water and make a smooth batter.
Coat the paneer pieces in the batter and fry the paneer pieces till golden brown from all sides.
Once done take out on a kitchen towel to remove the excess oil and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add finely chopped garlic and green chillies saute for few seconds
Next add onions and capsicum cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add maggi masala, tomato sauce, green chilly sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper and mix everything well.
Add fried paneer and boiled maggi mix it well.
Add more of tomato sauce and green chilly sauce if its too dry adjust according to your taste.
Chilly Paneer Maggi is ready serve hot!
