Serves 6
ingredients for Balls : chopped onion 1/4 cups
chopped green chillies 2 tsp
paneer shredded 200 gms
chopped Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
cornflour 2 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
white papper 1/4 tsp
Ingredients for gravy :oil 2 tbsp
garlic chopped 2 tsp
ginger chopped 1 tsp
green chillies chopped 1 tsp
chinese salt 1/8 tsp
tomato sauce 2 tbsp
soya sauce 2 tsp
white vinegar 1 tsp
white pepper 1/4 tsp
salt 3/4 tsp
finely chopped green onion 1/4 cups
cornflour 2 tsp
water 2 tbsp
Directions
Method For Making Balls :Mix all these and make small balls. Fry in hot oil. Keep aside.
Methods For Making Gravy :Heat oil and add garlic, ginger, green chillies and Chinese salt.
Mix and saute for 2 mins. Now add Manchurian balls, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and white pepper.
Cook for 3 mins. Now add green onions and stir fry.
Now add cornflour paste and mix well. Cook for 3-4 mins.
Serve Hot. ! !
