Ingredients

Serves 6

  • ingredients for Balls : chopped onion 1/4 cups

  • chopped green chillies 2 tsp

  • paneer shredded 200 gms

  • chopped Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

  • cornflour 2 tbsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • white papper 1/4 tsp

  • Ingredients for gravy :oil 2 tbsp

  • garlic chopped 2 tsp

  • ginger chopped 1 tsp

  • green chillies chopped 1 tsp

  • chinese salt 1/8 tsp

  • tomato sauce 2 tbsp

  • soya sauce 2 tsp

  • white vinegar 1 tsp

  • white pepper 1/4 tsp

  • salt 3/4 tsp

  • finely chopped green onion 1/4 cups

  • cornflour 2 tsp

  • water 2 tbsp

Directions

    Method For Making Balls :Mix all these and make small balls. Fry in hot oil. Keep aside.

    Methods For Making Gravy :Heat oil and add garlic, ginger, green chillies and Chinese salt.

    Mix and saute for 2 mins. Now add Manchurian balls, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and white pepper.

    Cook for 3 mins. Now add green onions and stir fry.

    Now add cornflour paste and mix well. Cook for 3-4 mins.

    Serve Hot. ! !
