Take a bowl of flour.add pinch of salt and sugar.
Now knead it with soda liquid.
Make a dough.
Keep it aside for 20 mins.
Boil chhole and put amla in it.
Now take a wok.
Add oil , hing and jeera.
Now put tomato puree in it.
Take out that boiled amla and mash it.
Put the mash amla in the puree.
Now put all the masalas in it.
Let it cook ..
Now put the cooked gravy in the boiled chhole.mix it.
Now pressure cook it for 10 mins.
Garnish it with corriander leaves.
Now make balls of the dough.
Make it in oval shape.
Deep fry them.
Serve hot with the chhole and grated salad of raddish and carrot.
