While preparing a mojito, lime juice and lemon slices are added to sugar and mint leaves.
The mixture is then gently mashed with a muddler.
The mint leaves are thoroughly muddled to release essential oils and flavour.
The crushed mint leaves are then transferred to a glass container.
Then add strawberry juice and stir the mixture to dissolve the sugar and to lift the mint leaves up from the bottom for better appearance.
Serve Chilled
