Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 litre milk


  • 5 tbsp sugar


  • 2 tbsp melon seeds


  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds


  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  • 10 nos whole black pepper


  • 10 nos cardamom


  • 1/4 cups almonds


  • 1/4 cups pistachio


  • 1/4 cups dry rose petals

Directions

  • Grind all ingredients except milk and sugar into the powder and keep safe in an airtight container.
  • To drink - Take a glass of milk add 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp thandai powder with some ice cubes. mix well
  • Serve it.
