Ingredients

Serves 5

  • milk 1 litre

  • sugar 5 tbsp

  • melon seeds 2 tbsp

  • fennel seeds 2 tbsp

  • sesame seeds 1 tbsp

  • whole black pepper 10 nos

  • cardamom 10 nos

  • almonds 1/4 cups

  • pistachio 1/4 cups

  • dry rose petals 1/4 cups

Directions

  • 01

    Grind all ingredients except milk and sugar into the powder and keep safe in an airtight container.

  • 02

    To drink - Take a glass of milk add 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp thandai powder with some ice cubes. mix well

  • 03

    Serve it.
