Ingredients

  • 250 gms parle-g biscuits


  • 2 cups milk


  • 1 tsp coffee powder


  • 4 tbsp sugar


  • 4 tbsp coconut powder


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Directions

  • Take a parle-G biscuits, butter, powdered sugar, coffee, coconut powder, cocoa powder.
  • Grind the biscuits in mixer.
  • Add biscuits powder, sugar, cocoa powder, butter and coffee. Mix well.
  • In a coconut powder add butter, sugar and mix it.
  • Add milk and make dough.
  • Our dough is ready.
  • Our coconut stuffing is ready.
  • Grease the foil paper.
  • Roll the dough on it.
  • Spread the coconut powder.
  • Roll it tightly.
  • Wrap the roll with foil paper. Take in freezer for an hour.
  • After an hour our roll is ready.
  • Cut the pieces.
  • Our Swiss roll is ready to serve.
