Peel off the banana.
Grate the banana slices on slicer.
In a wok add oil and heat it.
In a bowl add salt, turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
Now fry the banana slices on medium heat add salt, turmeric water in a ghee.
Fry until golden and crisp.
Remove banana chips from ghee on napkin paper.
Add chat masala and mix well.
Enjoy Banana Chips with tea or coffee.
