cocoa powder 1 tsp
drinking chocolate 1 tsp
grated jaggery 1 piece
wheat flour 1/2 cups
clarified butter 1/2 cups
sugar 1 tbsp
milk 1 tbsp
chopped almonds 8-10 nos
Heat clarified butter in a wok.
Add flour and mix well till fragrant and it turns light brown.
Add jaggery and switch off heat.
Add sugar, milk, cocoa powder and drinking chocolate and mix well.
Divide the mixture into silicon moulds and press to level.
Top with dry fruits and set aside till it cools.
Remove from mould and serve.
