Chop chop the capsicum into small dices
In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds and asafoetida
Add the capsicum
Add salt and turmeric powder
Mix all the ingredients together and cover the pan for 2 minutes
Once the capsicum is tender add all the other dry spices
Add the fresh cream and milk
Mix well all the ingredients together
Cover the lid once again and cook for 2 minutes
Garnish with tomato flowers
Top don't use too much oil since malai also leaves ghee
