Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 nos medium sized capsicum


  • 2 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1 tbsp milk


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder


  • 1 pinch asafoetida

Directions

  • Chop chop the capsicum into small dices
  • In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds and asafoetida
  • Add the capsicum
  • Add salt and turmeric powder
  • Mix all the ingredients together and cover the pan for 2 minutes
  • Once the capsicum is tender add all the other dry spices
  • Add the fresh cream and milk
  • Mix well all the ingredients together
  • Cover the lid once again and cook for 2 minutes
  • Garnish with tomato flowers
  • Top don't use too much oil since malai also leaves ghee
