oil for deep frying 3-4 cups
salt 1/2 tsp
Peel and cut the potatoes into sticks.
Soak in cold water for 20 minutes.
Strain and pat dry them completely.
Heat oil and fry potato sticks over medium high heat until golden brown.
Sprinkle with salt to serve.
