Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups wheat flour


  • 2 cups sugar


  • 2 cups desi ghee


  • 1 cups water / milk


  • 1/4 cups gond


  • 1 cups chopped dry fruits


  • 2 tbsp semolina

Directions

  • In a deep kadai heat ghee , fry the gond properly and keep aside
  • Now add the wheat flour and semolina
  • Stir continuously to avoid sticking on low flame
  • As the mixture starts turning darker Add the dry fruits of your choice.
  • Add the fried gond
  • Add the sugar mixture (sugar soaked in milk)
  • Keep stirring continuously
  • After around 10 minutes of properly being cooked the mixture leaves the sides
  • Now switch off the flame and transfer the mixture in a greased plate
  • After 10 minutes cut in to desired shapes.
