In a deep kadai heat ghee , fry the gond properly and keep aside
Now add the wheat flour and semolina
Stir continuously to avoid sticking on low flame
As the mixture starts turning darker Add the dry fruits of your choice.
Add the fried gond
Add the sugar mixture (sugar soaked in milk)
Keep stirring continuously
After around 10 minutes of properly being cooked the mixture leaves the sides
Now switch off the flame and transfer the mixture in a greased plate
After 10 minutes cut in to desired shapes.
