Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1/2 cups chana dal


  • 1/2 cups urad dal


  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds


  • 1/4 cups dry dessicated coconut silvers/slices


  • 7-8 nos curry leaves


  • 4-5 nos dried red chilli


  • 1 tbsp tamarind powder


  • 1 tbsp jaggery powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder

Directions

  • Dry roast all dals and dry coconut till pink and aromatic.
  • Dry roast curry leaves.
  • Coarsely grind the mixture and store in airtight container.
