1/2 cups chana dal
1/2 cups urad dal
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cups dry dessicated coconut silvers/slices
7-8 nos curry leaves
4-5 nos dried red chilli
1 tbsp tamarind powder
1 tbsp jaggery powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hing
1 pinch turmeric powder
Directions
Dry roast all dals and dry coconut till pink and aromatic.
Dry roast curry leaves.
Coarsely grind the mixture and store in airtight container.
