In a pan heat oil
Once heated add jeera , chopped ginger ,onions
Put a pinch of salt
Saute till translucent
Now add tomato puree (tomato and green chillies)
Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan
Now add the spices and boiled chole
Stir well
Add 2 cups of water
On medium flame let the chole be cooked covered with the lid
After 7 to 8 minutes open the lid and check
Your masala chole is ready to serve
